At American Yacht Share we have invested significantly in the technological aspect of our fractional ownership program which sets us apart from our competition. All members have access to our management software through online access and have the ability to book time through our FlexiBook™ system, report malfunctions and communicate with other members. As an owner member you will have all these benefits through your members only section of our website, in addition you will be able to view a full schedule of future maintenance and reports of completed services through a comprehensive maintenance log.

If you decide to become an Owner Member, and purchase a yacht to enter it into our lease back program, you will have the peace of mind to know that we will implement a comprehensive security monitoring system. While at dock intrusion detection sensors will notify management anytime an unauthorized individual enters your yacht enabling police and security personnel to be dispatched, in addition an audible alarm will sound to notify neighbors that there may be a theft in progress. Each member, and authorized service personnel will have the access code to enter, similar to any home or business security system.

If a theft does occur, a GPS tracking device will enable police to easily and swiftly locate your vessel to return it safely. This tracking device will notify management any time the boat leaves the dock without being deactivated, therefore even if the intrusion security equipment fails, we will still be immediately notified of a problem. This security measure is remotely deactivated only once an authorized individual completes a check out procedure using our Onboard E-Ssistant™.

Many yachts come to their demise each year while unattended at the dockside. 4 out of every 5 yachts that sink do so while unattended! Therefore your yacht will be fitted with high water and smoke detectors that will remotely notify management if your yacht is at risk.
